Challenging conventional wisdom…

When Reality Hits…

When Love No Longer Holds.

Everyone has a price, but love is not a game of dice. You gave them your true love prize, but in return they stabbed you with heartbreak surprise. We all remember that irresistible person we once met and felt a sparkle, believing they are the one and saw a match made in heaven.

Are you clever enough to know when you’ve lost? When the love you thought you shared is no longer mutual, and the uphill battle to rekindle it has become a mountain to climb? Act Like You Love Me

Surf’s Up

You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf. ~ Jon Kabat-Zinn

It takes will to venture into a relationship, when wounds of your past have created a fortress out of your heart. The will to know there could be some dark corners in it. More importantly, the will to ignore some of the things that you’ll find in the next person and press on, even if choices have consequences.
